The app works well overall, like, I haven’t had any major issues using it. It just feels a bit messy sometimes, you know, and could probably be a little more organized

At first I was impressed because the location seemed mostly accurate. I was like, okay, this is actually useful. But then it started being a little off here and there, and suddenly I was not as thrilled. Still decent overall, just not perfect.

Not sure what’s going on, but I keep getting logged out and then when I try to get back in it says my password is wrong. I’ve reset it a few times and it still happens. Sometimes the email code shows up like 20 minutes later, or just never shows up at all. I tried from my phone and my laptop, same issue. Support has only sent the usual basic steps so far, which didn’t really help. It’s frustrating because I can’t actually use the site if I can’t get into my account half the time.

I deleted my Badoo account and requested that my data be removed too. From my experience, the process was straightforward overall, I followed the steps, sent the request, and eventually got confirmation that it was handled. It did take a bit longer than I thought it would, which is why I’m not giving it 5 stars, but nothing about it felt overly complicated or frustrating. In the end, it worked the way it was supposed to, so 4 stars feels fair.

I do get matches here and there, so it’s not totally dead, but getting anyone to actually reply is a different story. Most days it feels like I’m sending messages into a wall and just checking my email receipts or app notifications hoping something came back. It’s okay, but definitely gets frustrating after a while.

A lot of them are actually about real likes, messages, or people viewing my profile, so they don’t feel completely random. It’s not super annoying, but I did end up turning off a couple alerts. Overall, the notifications feel relevant enough compared to some other apps. Not perfect, but solid. 4 stars from me.

I tried Badoo Premium mostly because I wanted to see who liked me, it did make things easier. If you’re on the app often, I can see it being worth it. Some of the features felt a little unnecessary to me, but maybe that’s just me? For what I paid, it was decent and definitely made the app less frustrating to use. I wouldn’t say it completely changed the experience, but it helped enough that I’d give it 4 stars

I thought getting my account issue fixed was going to be a hassle, but support got back to me quickly and sorted it out without much back and forth. I was a bit worried at first, but it ended up being painless

I was happy with the safety checks overall. They felt thorough without taking forever, and I appreciated the little things, like making sure everything was actually looked over instead of just rushed through. It gave me a bit more peace of mind.

I reported some creepy messages a few times, but nothing really seemed to happen?? The whole moderation process feels super slow, kind of useless. I was expecting at least some kind of response or action, but it just felt like my reports went nowhere.

I’ve been using Badoo for a while now, and the ads aren’t constantly popping up like they do on some other apps. It feels chill overall, and I can actually use it without getting irritated. That alone makes it a better experience for me, if that makes sense.
